Appalachian Sunrise is our signature light roast, a soft and smooth blend of Honduran, Peruvian, and Nicaraguan coffees. And our Trail Reserve Decaf is a Peruvian coffee with a very pleasant character that tends to have a vanilla-nut toned sweetness to it.
