Tiger Roast

I'm a diehard, Seattle grown, coffee snob. Coffee is my beverage, addiction, crutch of choice and I prefer deep/dark roast to be happy. Expedition Joe contacted me and said "we have what you need"
I got my first order, ground the beans in my burr grinder. Sat with quiet, guarded anticipation while the Cuisinart (set to Bold) slowly brewed the first batch.

AMAZING. Robust, solid, strong coffee with no bitterness and a super nice aftertaste. I suggest setting a time to pause, sit and really enjoy this brew. This is a truly unique and carefully roasted bean and I understand it is from a region that cherishes the proper care and processing of the raw materials.
